In 2003 my guide dog Dalby and I walked the whole of the Tarka Trail, a distance of 150 miles and raised £8,600 for Guide Dogs.

During 2006 we celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and to mark the event I plan to walk the route in reverse, starting on 17th August 2006. I will be accompanied by my new guide dog Kendal and as before will be joined by family, friends, supporters and their dogs. All will be welcome.

I am appealing to groups and individuals to walk with us for a few yards, a few miles or a few days or just to sponsor us without walking.

My aim is to have another challenging but enjoyable walk, to tell people about the wonderful work done by Guide Dogs and to raise funds so that their good work can continue and expand.
